This is a great video showing mimicry that you should all watch.  Try to think about why something like this would evolve, what does this allow it to do?  Did the octopus just will itself to do this or was this from random changes?

I just added a new page!  LoggerPro Experiment Page, I will be posting new experiments that I have created, click the LoggerPro tab at the top to see my newest experiment dealing with blood pressure complete with a lesson plan!

I posted this video so everyone could learn a little more about blood pressure and why it is SO important!

Homework

For homework, due Monday, January 31, please complete the punnet square below, check the class materials page, complete the survey (posted on the right of the page), please write a brief (1-2 paragraph) essay about the NY times article, I would like you to expand upon what the author has written, talk about where you think plant science could be headed, please email this assignment to me justindecotiis@gmail.com and watch the video posted this morning.  Thanks, have a great weekend, if you need help please don't hesitate to use the bottom of the page to post, you can use that to discuss with classmates and with myself.  I will be checking it every night at around 10pm.

Hi, this blog is to be used by my students, so that they can access important information about class and assignments. There are links at the top of the page "Syllabus, Class Materials, etc." Please explore these links so that you can see important information about the class.
